Who we are
This website is operated by Framework, Inc. ("Framework", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or submit an application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you apply, we collect the information you enter in the application form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, optional LinkedIn URL, information about your work and experience, approximate income range, and your written answers about your goals and readiness.
If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
We record how visitors move through the site so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to applications. This includes the page you arrived on, the referring site, campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), the pages you view, form steps you complete, your browser type, and an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser.
We may use third-party analytics services such as PostHog, Google Analytics, or Meta Pixel. These services set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use your information to review your application, contact you about it, decide whether to invite you to further conversations, operate and improve the site, and measure the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts. We may also send you a confirmation email and updates about the program. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the site and review applications, such as hosting, database, email, and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep application information for as long as we are actively considering candidates for this or future cohorts, and as needed to meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing us.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended. Autosaved form progress is stored only in your own browser and can be cleared at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
