What changes

You've built an agency families trust. Now it needs to grow without you on every shift and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: A family calls in a hurry, you're covering a shift, and they call the next agency.

With Framework: Every call and web inquiry answered fast, with an intake conversation the same day.

  • Today: New families come from a few referral sources and not much else.

With Framework: A website, local search, and referral relationships built with you.

  • Today: A caregiver calls out at 6 a.m., and you cover the shift yourself.

With Framework: Shift scheduling with a backup plan, so call-outs get covered without you.

  • Today: You turn down hours because you don't have the caregivers.

With Framework: A steady hiring process for registered Home Care Aides, so you can say yes to more.

  • Today: Invoices, long-term care insurance paperwork, and payroll happen at night.

With Framework: Invoicing, long-term care insurance workflows, and payroll set up to run on a schedule, and clean books.

  • Today: Care plans and visit notes live in texts and paper.

With Framework: Care documentation software that families and regulators can rely on.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    New families

More of the right clients, in the areas your caregivers already serve.

    • Google Business Profile and local search
    • A website that explains your services and makes it easy to call
    • Outreach materials for hospitals and other local referral sources
    • Referral program for families you already serve
    • Review requests from families
  2. 02

    Intake and scheduling

The calls, assessments, and schedules that decide whether an inquiry becomes a client.

    • Phone coverage, so families get a fast answer
    • Intake and care plan setup the same week
    • Shift scheduling across clients, with call-out coverage
    • Visit documentation in software, not on paper
  3. 03

    Billing and payroll

Getting paid on time, and paying caregivers correctly.

    • Invoicing and card or bank payments for private-pay families
    • Long-term care insurance billing workflows
    • Payroll set up for hourly caregivers and overtime rules
    • Clean books and a monthly view of hours, revenue, and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring caregivers

More hours need more caregivers you'd trust in your own parent's home.

    • A hiring plan tied to client hours and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Home Care Aide registration, background checks, and training hours coordinated
    • Onboarding, shadow shifts, and client introductions

Where growth comes from

More hours, covered shifts, and the next caregiver.

In home care, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from families and referral sources who know your name, more hours for the clients you serve, and caregivers to cover them.

  • More families who find the agency directly and through referrals
  • More hours for clients whose needs grow, when the family asks
  • Every shift covered, so no family has a gap in care
  • Caregivers who stay, through fair scheduling and on-time pay
  • A care coordinator or office hire, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Home care agencies with trusted caregivers and room to grow.

  • A licensed Home Care Organization in the Bay Area, with registered Home Care Aides on staff
  • A base of recurring clients who need care every week
  • A reputation you've earned with families
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do you have a say in client care?

No. Care decisions stay with you, your caregivers, and the families you serve. We don't provide care, and we don't pay for or receive referrals. We work on the business side: families finding you, scheduling, billing, and hiring.

Do you work with medical home health agencies?

No. We work with non-medical in-home care agencies licensed as Home Care Organizations. Licensed home health and skilled nursing agencies are a different license and a different business.

Private-pay, long-term care insurance, or public programs?

We start with the mix you have today. For most agencies that means private-pay families first, with long-term care insurance billing set up alongside. We can't promise any payer outcome.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a home care marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first call to covered shift to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
