For commercial cleaning owners

Win the next contract. Stop covering every call-out.

We work alongside established commercial cleaning companies on contracts, bidding, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built the accounts. Now they need to grow without you on every bid and every night.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: A facility manager calls while you're on site, and the bid goes to someone who answered.

With Framework: Every call and web inquiry answered in minutes, including after hours.

  • Today: Bids take your evenings, and the labor cost is a guess.

With Framework: Bids priced from site walks and labor hours, sent while the prospect is still interested.

  • Today: One missed night puts an account at risk.

With Framework: Site checklists, quality checks, and a plan for call-outs, so every building gets cleaned.

  • Today: Net-30 invoices get paid late while payroll is due every two weeks.

With Framework: Invoices sent on time, collections followed up, and a clear view of cash before each payroll.

  • Today: Payroll, registration, and wage rules take your weekends.

With Framework: Clean books, payroll on schedule, and registration renewals tracked, so the office runs without you.

  • Today: You want another crew, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the contracts, then recruit, train, and schedule the crew.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Contracts

More of the right buildings, close to the ones you already clean.

    • Outreach to property and facility managers
    • Google Business Profile and search campaigns
    • Offices, clinics, and retail spaces near current accounts
    • Bids and proposals priced from the labor up
    • Referrals from the managers you already serve
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, site walks, and follow-ups that decide whether a prospect signs.

    • Phone and email coverage, so inquiries get a fast answer
    • Site walks scheduled and proposals sent the same week
    • Signed service agreements with a clear scope
    • Follow-up on every open bid
  3. 03

    Retention and billing

Keeping the contracts you've earned, and getting paid for them on time.

    • Site checklists and regular quality checks
    • A clear process when a manager reports a problem
    • Day porter and specialty work added for current accounts
    • Invoicing and collections on net-30 terms
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin by account
  4. 04

    Hiring crews

When the nights are full, the next account needs a crew you'd trust with the keys.

    • A hiring plan tied to contracts and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Required training for new janitorial workers
    • Site training, checklists, and key control

Where growth comes from

Contracts, reliability, and the next crew.

In commercial cleaning, growth is rarely one big win. It comes from more contracts near the buildings you already clean, fewer lost accounts, and a new crew when the current ones are full.

  • More buildings per area, so crews spend less time between sites
  • Bids priced so that each new contract makes money
  • Fewer lost accounts through checklists, quality checks, and fast response
  • Day porter and specialty work added when the team can carry it
  • A new crew, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Commercial cleaning companies with steady contracts and room to grow.

  • A registered commercial cleaning company in the Bay Area
  • A base of recurring office, clinic, or retail contracts
  • A reputation you've earned with facility and property managers
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

We have one crew. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have full nights and no time to grow. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Nights only, or day porter work too?

We start where your business already is. For most companies that means after-hours contracts first. Day porter and specialty work come in when the crews and schedule can carry them.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a commercial cleaning marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first call to signed contract to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
