For pool maintenance owners

Add pools near the ones you serve. Spend less time at the desk.

We work alongside established pool maintenance businesses on recurring clients, route planning, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built the route. Now it needs to grow without you at every pool and on every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while you're at a pool, and the customer calls someone else.

With Framework: Every call and web request answered in minutes, including evenings and weekends.

  • Today: New clients are spread out, so travel takes time away from service.

With Framework: Outreach near current clients, so each new pool is close to the last.

  • Today: Customers don't see the work, so they question the bill.

With Framework: Service logs and customer updates after every visit, so they see what was done.

  • Today: Customers ask for repairs that fall outside your service.

With Framework: A clear line between routine care and work that needs other licensing, explained to customers up front.

  • Today: Pricing, chemical costs, and billing happen at night.

With Framework: Pricing that accounts for supplies and seasonal changes, autopay, and clean books.

  • Today: You want a second tech, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, train on safe chemical handling, and hand off part of the route.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Recurring clients

More of the right pools, close to the ones you already serve.

    • Google Business Profile and search campaigns
    • Door hangers and Nextdoor around current clients
    • Seasonal pushes before the swimming season
    • Referral program for existing clients
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, quotes, and follow-ups that decide whether an inquiry becomes a regular client.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so inquiries get a fast answer
    • Quotes and service agreements the same day
    • Scheduling and reminders built around the route
    • Review requests once service starts
  3. 03

    Retention and billing

Keeping the clients you've earned, and getting paid for them on time.

    • Autopay and card on file for every service plan
    • Service logs and updates customers can read
    • Cancel tracking, with a save process
    • Clean books and a monthly view of route revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring techs

When the route is full, the next tech needs to handle chemicals and customers the way you do.

    • A hiring plan tied to route density and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Training on safe chemical handling and service records
    • Ride-alongs, checklists, and route handoff

Where growth comes from

Density, trust, and the next tech.

In pool maintenance, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from more clients near the pools you already serve, clear records that keep them with you, and a second tech when the route is full.

  • More pools per neighborhood, so drive time goes down as revenue goes up
  • Pricing that keeps up with supplies and seasonal changes
  • Fewer cancels through service logs and regular updates
  • Equipment and repair work added only when licensing and scope allow
  • A second tech and truck, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Pool maintenance businesses with loyal clients and room to grow.

  • An established pool maintenance business in the Bay Area
  • A base of clients on scheduled service
  • A reputation you've earned for safe, reliable water care
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch software?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

It's just me on the route. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have a full route and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Do you help with repairs or equipment work?

We start with routine cleaning and water care. Repairs, equipment installation, and construction need separate licensing and scope review before we plan any growth there.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a pool service marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from call to recurring client to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
