For appliance repair owners

Fewer return trips. More calls booked.

We work alongside established appliance repair businesses on service calls, dispatch and parts, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built a name for honest repairs. Now the business needs to grow without you on every call and every parts order.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while you're behind a dishwasher, and the customer books someone else.

With Framework: Every call and web lead answered in minutes, with the appliance and the problem written down before you arrive.

  • Today: Diagnosis, labor, and parts are priced differently on every job.

With Framework: Clear pricing for diagnosis, labor, parts, and return visits.

  • Today: Customers call to ask where their part is.

With Framework: Parts ordered and tracked on every job, with updates sent to the customer.

  • Today: Return visits and callbacks crowd out new calls.

With Framework: Dispatch that groups calls by area and books the return visit when the part arrives.

  • Today: Warranty claims, service records, and invoices happen at night.

With Framework: Clean service records, warranty tracking, and an office process that runs without you.

  • Today: You want another technician, but hiring and training feel like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, onboard, and train.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Service calls

More of the right calls, for the appliances and brands you know best.

    • Google Business Profile, reviews, and search campaigns
    • A service area set to what you can cover reliably
    • Property manager outreach
    • Referral program for past customers
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, estimates, and updates that decide whether a lead becomes a repair.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so calls get a fast answer
    • Booking that collects the appliance, brand, and problem up front
    • Estimates customers can approve the same day
    • Review requests after every repair
  3. 03

    Dispatch, parts, and billing

Keeping technicians on the right calls, parts on the way, and invoices paid.

    • Dispatch planned by area and skill
    • Parts ordering and tracking tied to each job
    • Callback and warranty tracking
    • Service records for every customer and appliance
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring technicians

When the schedule is full, the next van needs a technician you'd trust in a customer's home.

    • A hiring plan tied to call volume and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Clear limits on service scope, including refrigerant, gas, and electrical work
    • Ride-alongs, training checklists, and technician onboarding

Where growth comes from

More calls, fewer return trips, and the next technician.

In appliance repair, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from more calls in the area you already cover, fewer return trips for each repair, and another technician when your schedule is full.

  • More calls per area, so drive time goes down as revenue goes up
  • Clear pricing for diagnosis, labor, and parts
  • Fewer return trips through better booking and parts tracking
  • New appliance types and brands added when your team has the skills
  • Another technician and van, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Appliance repair businesses with loyal customers and room to grow.

  • A registered, insured appliance repair business in the Bay Area
  • A steady flow of service calls from homeowners or property managers
  • A reputation you've earned for honest diagnosis and repairs
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch my dispatch software?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

I'm the only technician. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have a full schedule and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

What about refrigerant, gas, or electrical work?

We start with the work your business already does. Refrigerant work, gas connections, and electrical or plumbing changes need specific review. We only plan for them when your team meets the requirements.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from an appliance repair marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from call to diagnosis to finished repair to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
