For medspa owners
Fill the treatment rooms. Step back from the front desk.
We work alongside established medspas on new clients, consultations, memberships, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.
No fee to talk. About 3 minutes.
What changes
You've built a client base that trusts your work. Now it needs to grow without you on every call and every booking.
Here's what we take on with you.
What we work on
You know the work. We help build everything around it.
Where growth comes from
Rebooking, memberships, and the next provider.
In a medspa, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from consultations that turn into treatment plans, clients who rebook on schedule, memberships that smooth out the calendar, and another provider when your book is full.
- More consultations that turn into booked treatment plans
- Clients who rebook on schedule instead of drifting away
- Memberships and packages that make revenue steadier
- New treatments and devices added when the numbers support them
- Another injector or esthetician, planned around the numbers
How it works
From first conversation to a plan in writing.
01
Tell us about the business
What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.
02
Talk it through
Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.
03
Get a plan in writing
What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.
04
Build it together
We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.
The terms
A structure built for medical practices.
Medical practices in California can't share professional fees with non-licensees, so our usual revenue share may not apply. We provide business services to clinician-owned practices in a structure that follows California's medical practice rules, reviewed with you and your healthcare counsel before anyone commits.
Who we work with
Medspas with loyal clients and room to grow.
- An established medspa in the Bay Area, with the physician ownership and supervision California requires
- A base of clients who return for your work
- A strong safety record and reputation
- Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
- Open to changing how things get done
What you don’t need
- You don't need a team.
- You don't need a marketing plan.
- Your books don't need to be perfect.
We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.
Questions
Questions from owners
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.
Who makes the clinical decisions?
You and your clinicians do. Treatment decisions, supervision, good faith exams, and charting stay with your licensed team. We work on the business side of the medspa.
Do I have to switch my software?
No. We work in the booking, charting, and payment software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.
What are the terms?
California limits how a medical practice can share fees with non-licensees, so our usual revenue share may not apply. We use a structure that follows those rules, and we review it with you and your healthcare counsel, in writing, before anyone commits.
How is this different from a medspa marketing agency?
An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first inquiry to consultation to rebooked client, plus the front desk and hiring.
What does it cost to talk?
Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.

Your next chapter
Ready to grow the medspa you've built?
Tell us about the practice. If it's a fit, we'll set up a call.
