For speech therapy practice owners

Grow the caseload. Hand off the admin.

We work alongside established speech therapy practices on new clients, intake, billing, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built a practice families recommend. Now it needs to grow without you on every session and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Families call while you're in a session, and they find another SLP before you call back.

With Framework: Every call and web inquiry answered fast, with intake handled the same day.

  • Today: New clients come from word of mouth and not much else.

With Framework: A website, local search, and referral relationships built with you.

  • Today: Cancellations leave gaps, and families miss messages about the schedule.

With Framework: Reminders, a clear cancellation policy, and easy communication with families.

  • Today: Claims, authorizations, and collections take your evenings.

With Framework: A billing process for private-pay and insurance clients that follows up on what's owed.

  • Today: Documentation, teletherapy, and scheduling run on tools that don't talk to each other.

With Framework: Documentation, teletherapy, and scheduling tools set up to work together, and clean books.

  • Today: You want to add an SLP, but hiring feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, screen, and onboard.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    New clients

More of the families and adult clients you want to serve.

    • Google Business Profile and local search
    • A website that explains your approach and makes it easy to reach you
    • Outreach materials for schools and other referral sources
    • Teletherapy options for clients who can't come in, where permitted
    • Review requests from families, where your rules allow
  2. 02

    Intake and families

The calls, forms, and follow-ups that decide whether an inquiry becomes a first session.

    • Phone and email coverage, so families get a fast answer
    • Intake forms and scheduling the same day
    • Reminders and a written cancellation policy
    • Clear information on private-pay rates and insurance before the first session
  3. 03

    Billing and operations

Getting paid for the therapy you provide, and knowing where the practice stands.

    • Claims, authorizations, and collections workflows
    • Credentialing coordination where it makes sense for the practice
    • School and clinic contract support
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring clinicians

When the caseload is full, the next hire needs to be an SLP you'd trust with your clients.

    • A hiring plan tied to caseload and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Onboarding to your documentation, tools, and standards
    • Caseload handoff that keeps families informed

Where growth comes from

A full caseload, steady billing, and the next clinician.

In speech therapy, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from families and referral sources who know your name, fewer cancellations, billing that gets paid, and a second SLP when your caseload is full.

  • More families and adult clients who find the practice directly and through referrals
  • Fewer cancellations through reminders and clear communication with families
  • A mix of private-pay, insurance, and school contracts that fits the practice
  • Teletherapy added where permitted and where it fits your clients
  • A second SLP, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Speech therapy practices with loyal families and room to grow.

  • An established speech therapy practice in the Bay Area, owned by an SLP with an active California license in good standing
  • A steady base of clients and referral sources
  • A reputation you've earned with clients and families
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do you have a say in therapy decisions?

No. Clinical decisions, including who you serve and how, stay with you and your clinicians. We don't provide therapy, and we don't pay for or receive referrals. We work on the business side: clients finding you, intake, billing, and hiring.

Pediatric, adult, or both?

That is your clinical decision. We start where your practice already is and build around the population you serve.

Private-pay, insurance, or school contracts?

We start with the mix you have today. The model is your decision, and we build around it. We can't promise any payer outcome, but we can help coordinate credentialing and contract support where it makes sense.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from a speech therapy marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from first call to first session to paid claim, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
