For exterior cleaning owners

Clean it once. Book it again.

We work alongside established exterior cleaning companies on repeat visits, route planning, the office, and hiring, so growth doesn't all run through you.

What changes

You've built a name for careful work. Now the company needs to grow without you on every ladder and every call.

Here's what we take on with you.

  • Today: Calls go to voicemail while you're on a ladder, and the customer books the next company.

With Framework: Every call and web lead answered in minutes, including after hours and on weekends.

  • Today: Some jobs take longer than you priced them.

With Framework: Quotes that account for access, surface condition, and job time, so the price holds.

  • Today: One-time jobs end after the first visit.

With Framework: Service packages and scheduled visits that turn one job into a repeat customer.

  • Today: Rain and the busy season scramble the schedule.

With Framework: Routes planned around weather and seasonal demand, with customers told about changes early.

  • Today: Invoices and bookkeeping happen at night.

With Framework: Card on file, clean books, and an office process that runs without you.

  • Today: You want a second crew, but hiring someone you trust on ladders feels like a gamble.

With Framework: We help you plan the hire around the numbers, then recruit, train, and set safety standards.

What we work on

You know the work. We help build everything around it.

  1. 01

    Repeat customers

More of the right customers, close to the homes you already clean.

    • Google Business Profile, reviews, and search campaigns
    • Door hangers, yard signs, and Nextdoor around every job
    • Related services offered when you have the skills and equipment
    • HOA and property manager outreach
    • Referral program for existing customers
  2. 02

    The office

The calls, quotes, and follow-ups that decide whether a lead becomes a job.

    • Phone and chat coverage, so leads get a fast answer
    • Quotes that account for access, surface, and job time
    • Scheduling and reminders that cut reschedules and no-shows
    • Review requests after every job
  3. 03

    Repeat visits and billing

Keeping the customers you've earned, and getting paid for the work on time.

    • Service packages and scheduled seasonal visits
    • Follow-up before each customer's next visit is due
    • Card on file for repeat customers
    • Clean books and a monthly view of revenue and margin
  4. 04

    Hiring crews

When the schedule is full, the next crew needs people you'd trust around a customer's home and landscaping.

    • A hiring plan tied to the schedule and revenue
    • Job posts, screening, and interviews
    • Safe methods and equipment for each surface
    • Ride-alongs, training checklists, and route handoff

Where growth comes from

Repeat visits, full routes, and the next crew.

In exterior cleaning, growth is rarely one big campaign. It comes from customers who book again each season, more jobs on the streets you already work, and a second crew when the first is full.

  • Scheduled visits that turn one-time jobs into repeat customers
  • More jobs per neighborhood, so drive time goes down as revenue goes up
  • Related services added when you have the skills and equipment
  • Routes planned around weather and the busy season
  • A second crew and equipment, planned around the numbers

How it works

From first conversation to a plan in writing.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

What you do, how long you've done it, and what's in the way. About three minutes.

  2. 02

    Talk it through

Where the business is and where you want it to go. We can look at the numbers together.

  3. 03

    Get a plan in writing

What we'd work on, what we'd put in, and the terms. Nothing is agreed until it's in writing.

  4. 04

    Build it together

We work with you on customers, systems, and hiring, and track progress against the plan.

The terms

We only earn on the growth we help create.

Our fee is a share of the incremental revenue above where your business is today. If revenue doesn't grow, we don't get paid. The exact terms are in writing before anyone commits.

Who we work with

Exterior cleaning companies with loyal customers and room to grow.

  • An established, insured exterior cleaning company in the Bay Area
  • A base of repeat customers for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or pressure washing
  • A reputation you've earned for careful work
  • Want to grow beyond what you can run yourself
  • Open to changing how things get done

What you don’t need

  • You don't need a team.
  • You don't need a marketing plan.
  • Your books don't need to be perfect.

We care about what you've built and where you want to take it.

Questions

Questions from owners

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email us.

Do I have to switch the software I use?

No. We work in the software you already use when it does the job. If something is holding you back, we'll talk it through before changing anything.

We're a one-person company. Is that too small?

Not necessarily. Many owner-operators have a full schedule and no time to grow it. Tell us about the business and we'll say plainly whether we can help.

Windows, gutters, or pressure washing?

We start where your business already is. For most companies that means the service you do best. Other services come in when you have the skills, equipment, and coverage.

What are the terms?

A share of the incremental revenue we help create, above where your business is today. We put the exact terms in writing, and nothing is agreed until you've said yes.

How is this different from an exterior cleaning marketing agency?

An agency sells you leads and gets paid either way. We work on the whole path from call to repeat customer to paid invoice, plus hiring, and we only earn when revenue grows.

What does it cost to talk?

Nothing. The first conversation is free, with no obligation.
